Salary Range $88,101 – $132,153

The Huntsville-Madison County Airport Authority is accepting applications for the position of Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources (“HR”) Manager leads, directs, and administers the HR Department, including the administration of pay, benefits, and leave; recruiting, interviewing, and hiring employees; training of employees; administration of performance evaluations; enforcement of the Airport Authority’s personnel policies and procedures; and handling disciplinary actions. The HR Manager reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer (“CLO”).

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required as well as eight years (8) years progressively responsible experience in Human Resources that includes supervisory responsibility.
