First Amendment Activities

The Port of Huntsville is a non-public forum.  In order to promote safety, enhance security, reduce the possibility of damage to Port property, enhance the orderly flow of traffic, reduce interference with users of the Port, and provide for efficient Port operations, the Board of Directors of the Huntsville-Madison County Airport Authority has adopted certain Rules and Regulations Regarding the Exercise of First Amendment Rights at the Port of Huntsville.  You can review the Rules and Regulations Regarding the Exercise of First Amendment Rights at the Port of Huntsville by clicking this link.

Filming for non-commercial purposes is allowed in publicly accessible areas of the terminal building and other Airport Authority-owned property, provided the filming does not obstruct or impede passengers or airport personnel.  However, filming is not allowed in office areas with signs stating that no filming is allowed.
